Day 6: Nynashamn to Haninge

A new day and a new country. I had a quick look around Nynashamn, a Swedish cruise port that is much easier for ships to reach than Stockholm. It was a super ride to Haninge, about 1/3 of the way to Stockholm.

The bicycle track followed the ‘old road’, which ran almost parallel to the new route ’73’. It was practically deserted as I pedalled through forests, gently undulating countryside and the attractive Swedish wooden houses. My hotel was very Swedish – nice.
